Convincing Your Teen Jesus Is Cool

My favorite way to make Jesus more relatable to teens is by showing them how Jesus' teachings align with their own values and beliefs. There are a ton of  ways to make Jesus more appealing to teens. Another sure-fire way is by highlighting the positive impact that faith in Jesus can have on their lives. For example, faith in Jesus can bring a sense of purpose, peace, and direction to one's life. It can also provide a source of hope and strength when facing difficult situations. By emphasizing the practical benefits of following Jesus, teens can see that faith in Jesus can be a valuable and empowering choice. It's also important to show teens that following Jesus is not just about being religious, but also about being part of a community.

Encourage them to be part of a youth group or church where they can connect with other teens who share their beliefs. Being part of a community of like-minded people can help teens to feel less alone and more supported in their faith. Finally, It's essential to be a good role model yourself. Teens look up to adults who are consistent in their faith, who are kind, and who are living a life that reflects Jesus' teachings. By being a good role model, you can inspire teens to want to follow Jesus themselves.
